RETURNS POLICY
We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality Airway Stents that meet their needs. Please note that due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
We kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before placing your order, as the following reasons for returns or exchanges are not valid:
- Change of Mind: As the stents are worn inside the nose, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind.
- Product Choice: Each individual’s nose structure is unique, and selecting the appropriate stent can be challenging. While our customer service team can provide guidelines to help you choose the right size, ultimately, it is your responsibility to select the appropriate stent for yourself.
- Product Usage: once the product has been opened and used, it cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns.
- Product Damage: Any damages to the product caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidents cannot be returned.
