Do I need a referral to buy the stents?
No referral required.
How long does it take to get used to the stents?
Each Individual is different; It can take between 1-2 weeks of consistent use. Persistence is the key, the results are well worth the effort.
Why is it important to breathe through my nose?
- Filters, warms and humidifies inhaled air, protecting the lungs.
- Leads to better oxygen supply to the body than mouth breathing.
- Stimulates the calming nervous system (parasympathetic nerve).
- Nasal breathing helps to strengthen the immune system.
Can I swallow my stents?
The unique design which includes a ball-shaped widening and manufacturing technique helps keep them in place.
Why am I having trouble getting it installed?

Can I wear the stents during sports?
Yes, we recommend the 3″ Sport Airway Stents.
Can I blow my nose with my stents in?
Yes, you can blow your nose with the stents inserted.
How long are my stents good for?
18 months.
Are the stents FDA approved?
The stents are considered a class 1 medical device and are FDA Registered.
Will the stents stop my snoring and help me sleep better?
Application of the Alaxo Airway Stents leads to a significant improvement of nasal airflow and reduction of flow noise (snoring), allowing you to get a night of better sleep.
Can I wear my stents with my CPAP?
Yes.
Is it normal for my eyes to water?
During the lead-in period, it is normal for your eyes to water as you are getting accustomed to it. After several uses, this symptom will dissipate.
Can I wear the stents during the day?
Yes, the stents can be worn during the day for up to 18 hours at a time.
Can I wear my stents if I have a cold or my allergies are bad?
Yes, they can help alleviate these symptoms.
Can I wear only one stent or different lengths in each nostril?
Yes, you can wear only one and use a combination of different length stents.
What happens if I purchase the stents and want to cancel the order?
We charge a restocking fee of $99 for customers who purchase our products and then decide to cancel them or not complete them.
